Aim of the conference
To enable a presentation of scientific work results as well as to arrange an interdisciplinary discussion among the representatives of the academic field, professionals of practice and students of doctoral studies about a relation of the law and economy.
Conference theme
Themes of conference will be arranged to the particular sections:
- Financial law in terms of the law and economy
- Economic core of business corporations
- Labour law in terms of the law and economy
- Legal consequences of economic crime
- Analysis of legal consequences, evaluation of regulation´s consequences (Application of economic analysis of the law to concrete theme of Czech and European law)
Each of participants of planned conference meeting the economy or the law in his/her scientific or pedagogical practice, can find here new solutions of questions related to both those fields. We believe that the law seeing from economic perspective and vice versa can be contributing to both sides.
