In case of conference fee payment for more participants, please specify in email the names of conference participants for whom the payment was made.
The conference fee is non-refundable. Substitute attendance is possible. The tax document for the payment of the conference fee will be provided on the day of conference opening.
The printed version of the conference proceedings will be distributed by post to those who have applied for it in the application form and have paid the conference fee.
Important notice: Organizing committee will not provide any kind of confirmation for visa application purposes until the registration fee is paid.
