In cooperation with partners, the Department of International Economic Relations organizes professional lectures for students, academia, and the general public on current macroeconomic issues of European integration, international economic relations, and the economy of the Czech Republic. Lectures are given by experts from practice.

In cooperation with the Euro Center Ostrava and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic, the department also implements the training "How to Best Prepare for EPSO Tests or Preparing Job Applicants in EU Institutions for the Selection Procedure". Our students are also involved in the "Student Career Ambassadors in the EU" program.
