Staff Week - University of Bialystok (JUNE 3RD - 7TH, 2024)

International Cooperation Office of the University of Bialystok (PL BIALYST04) kindly invites colleagues from partner and non-partner universities to International Staff Week, which will take place from 3rd to 7th of June, 2024 in Bialystok (Poland).
The main objective of this event is to widen and strengthen cooperation, exchange know-how, good experiences and practices with international Higher Education Institutions from the EU member countries associated with the Erasmus+ Programme and from third countries, non-associated with the Programme.
The content of the International Staff Week (ISW) is dedicated for staff members who work with foreign students and employees on a daily basis (e.g. international offices, international mobility offices, quality assurance, international student and staff services, as well as those who are interested in the topic of internationalization

Sakarya University, International Staff Week, 06-10 May 2024
Sakarya University invites academic and administrative staff from higher education institutions to participate in the International Staff Week organized by International Office to be held between 06-10 May 2024 in person at Sakarya University, Türkiye.
Special Notes
1) The participation in the International Staff Week 2024 is free of charge.
2) If you attend along with another participant from a different university, the accommodation cost of both participants will be covered fully.. Participation from different universities contribute to enrich the international cooperation network..
3) We kindly request you to invite the current industrial institutions in your cities. Firms may arrange a visit to our university to set up booths for promotional purposes.

Maximum number of participants: 40 people.

Participants who offer to share their best practice in one of the planned topics are given priority during the selection process.
We will fully support you in applying for funding under the Erasmus+ programme at your home university. Therefore, please let us know if you need any documents or confirmation from our side. For our non-EU partners: please contact us before application to check the remaining places for our Erasmus+ KA171 programme!

Please note that all programs are mandatory. SAU can only sign MAs for full participation. You can also find the social events and other details in the application form.
