Orientation Days
The VSB-TUO organises The Orientation Days at the beginning of each semester to introduce new international students to our city of Ostrava and to the university system.
During this time the incoming students are shown around the university's facilities and also students get practical information (libraries, computer centres - Wi-Fi connection instructions, canteen instructions, sports facilities, transportation discount card information, etc.) by our „Buddy“ students. Orientation Days are an excellent opportunity to meet other students and to adapt to everyday life in Ostrava. We strongly recommend all international students to take part in this event!
