Summary

The aim of this project is to develop methodological-application tools for efficiency financial management of the territorially structured statutory city of Ostrava during the years 2018-2020. Specifically, this is a methodological and analytical script in the form of a study and handbook and a specific IT contact point RPoint (R as a budget). Project solutions and results should (a) optimize processes and make participation available at all stages of budgeting - planning, decision making, implementation and control both at city and municipal districts, (b) including measurement of the allocation and technical efficiency of the activities and processes involved.
